Anita Lynch is a businesswoman, author, motivational speaker, wife, and mother of two. She holds a degree in Business Administration from North Carolina Wesleyan College and has 2 years of a masters-level professional counseling education from Capella University. With over 32 years of customer service experience, 17 years in mental health and substance use, and 15 years in management, Anita is a seasoned professional. In 2015, she founded Road 2 Recovery, LLC, where she serves as CEO. The company offers a range of services, including substance abuse treatment, education and training, health and nutrition, parenting classes, and transitional housing for individuals returning home after incarceration. Anita has received recognition for her work, including being the first African American female business owner to receive a Transitional Housing contract in Eastern North Carolina. She is actively involved in various organizations and committees, advocating for justice-involved individuals and promoting addiction recovery and education. Anita is also passionate about empowering women and helping them build their businesses. She is the founder of No Fear Here, a multimedia platform dedicated to empowering women, and offers workshops and one-on-one sessions on various topics.
